Lab Blue Sapphire and White Topaz Double Heart Hinged Pendant

This stunning pendant is created from two Heart Faceted Lab Blue Sapphires (3TCW) that are both surrounded by and connected together by a hinge connector in a double row of (N) White Topaz. These gorgeous gems are set in Sterling Silver, and there are two hidden bails at the top, back of the top heart so that it always sits correctly. This piece has color, sparkle and movement!
